Pubto is provided by Vertex AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These Terms govern your use of Pubto. By creating an account, installing a Pubto client, or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Trust and Safety policy, and, for a paid purchase, the Billing and Refund Policy. If you use Pubto for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
Pre-launch status
Pubto is currently an early-access, pre-launch developer service. Public paid checkout and paid subscriptions are not active. Features, public artifacts, regions, availability, and limits may change before commercial launch, and the current service does not carry a production SLA.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for your credentials, enrolled devices, workspace members, and activity under your account. Notify Pubto promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Pubto service
Pubto lets you publish selected HTTP, HTTPS, WebSocket, TCP, file, folder, and static-website targets and map shared endpoints back to a local address. Features, limits, protocols, regions, and availability vary by plan, policy, and client version.
Pubto is intended for development previews, temporary sharing, remote collaboration, and controlled authorized access. It is not permanent network storage, a public mass-distribution service, a VPN or open proxy, a content marketplace, a payment intermediary, production hosting, backup, disaster recovery, or a substitute for source-application security.
Your endpoints and content
You retain ownership of content, code, files, services, and data you publish. You grant Pubto the limited rights needed to transmit, display, preview, protect, moderate, and operate that publication at your direction.
You are responsible for having permission to publish each target and for choosing appropriate passwords, expiry, access grants, quotas, and recipients. Public addresses can be forwarded by recipients; do not treat an address alone as confidential.
Account-holder responsibility
You are solely responsible for the security and privacy of your account, devices, source services, credentials, files, traffic, recipients, and published content. You must configure authentication, encryption, access controls, backups, monitoring, and revocation appropriate to the target.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that each publication is lawful, authorized, privacy-compliant, and respectful of intellectual-property, confidentiality, data-protection, export-control, and other applicable obligations. Pubto does not approve, verify, insure, or endorse your target or content, and you remain responsible for claims, losses, or harm arising from your use or sharing.
High-risk targets
Databases, caches, SSH, admin panels, LAN services, and raw TCP endpoints can expose sensitive systems. You must use them only with authorization and appropriate authentication, encryption, short duration, monitoring, and access controls. Pubto may require additional confirmation or restrict these targets by plan or account.
AI and Skill actions
Pubto Skills and AI integrations can inspect local context, propose a publication plan, create or modify endpoints, verify an address, and revoke access. You remain responsible for reviewing proposed targets, policies, commands, source changes, and sensitive actions before approval.
Content review and enforcement
Pubto may apply automated metadata checks, protected-domain rules, usage limits, reports, and human review to prevent prohibited content and network abuse. These measures are risk controls, not a guarantee that every endpoint is reviewed or safe.
Pubto may rate-limit, block, stop, rotate, quarantine, or delete a publication; restrict a protocol or target; suspend a device, workspace, or account; preserve evidence; and notify providers or authorities when reasonably necessary. The Trust and Safety policy explains the process and available review channel.
Plans and billing
Public paid checkout is not available in the current pre-launch release. Before paid sales begin, the checkout and pricing page will show the price, USD currency or other displayed currency, billing period, renewal terms, included usage, taxes, cancellation method, and any trial or promotion conditions.
Paid purchases will also be governed by the Billing and Refund Policy. A signed order form controls if it expressly conflicts with these online terms.
Service changes and availability
Pubto may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and Relay locations. Temporary endpoints can expire, be stopped, rotated, removed, or become unavailable. We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or preservation of active connections.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Pubto and close your account. Pubto may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, sanctions or export restrictions, legal requirements, or a material breach. When reasonable, we aim to target the risky publication without disabling unrelated local services.
Export controls and sanctions
You may not use, export, re-export, sell, or supply Pubto in violation of applicable sanctions, export-control laws, or restrictions. You may not use Pubto for or on behalf of prohibited jurisdictions, persons, entities, or end uses. Pubto may restrict access where necessary to comply with these obligations.
Intellectual property
Pubto and its licensors own the service, software, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property, excluding your content. Subject to these Terms, Pubto grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pubto is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Pubto disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pubto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Pubto's aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Pubto during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you used only free services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
